Is abstract & full paper submission’s deadline in the same date?
Full paper will be requested for subsequent publication opportunities which means you have opportunity to finish your paper until after the conference. although if you wish to present your full paper at conference proceedings the deadline is same as the abstract submission deadline.
How long peer blind review will take?
The required time duration of Reviewing Process is between 7-10 Days.
What are different methods of presentation?
To present a paper at the conference venue, attendees must register as regular/student presenter whether they present the paper orally or by a poster. Otherwise you consider as listener.
What are conference proceedings?
Admission to scientific sessions, Admission to exhibition and poster viewing, All Conference materials, Tea/coffee and lunch, Certificate of Attendance and City tour. All accepted research papers will be published and indexed in the conference proceedings.
In case of one-day participation, will I receive conference proceedings?
Yes, it will be given.
Can all the whom was involved in research give speech?
Only one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration fee for a presenter (Regular/Student) by the requested registration deadline, it means there will be one presenter.
What are the methods of application?
You can either pay online via card or make a wire transfer to our bank accounts.
Can you issue payment receipt?
Yes, we can.
Is there any fund for registration, air ticket, accommodation?
We are sorry, but there is no funding available for attendance, travel, food or accommodations, or other expenses.
In any case of non-attendance will the registration fee be refunded?
No we will not be able to refund you.
Could I register at the date of the conference in cash?
We do not register and validate in cash payment.
Is there any discount?
No, There is not. Early registration is an opportunity for those who wants to pay less.
What is the coupon code/ How to use a coupon code?
It is a promotion code to complete registration with amount of discount for whom has membership.
Will the papers publish in indexed journals?
All accepted research papers will be published and indexed in the conference proceedings and will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Cross Ref. The proceedings shall be submitted to Google Scholar for Indexing. The Conference Proceedings will be published in the conference proceeding with an ISBN in a soft form.
Are these journals free of charge?
After the conference we send a list of journals for our attendees to choose from, some of them are free of charge and some requires additional costs.
My paper was published in an international journal, can I submit it to this conference?
We will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal.
What is the virtual presentation?
Virtual presentations open doors for publication of your abstract and/or your paper without attending the conference. This category is selected by presenters who cannot attend the conference in person but whose papers have been approved (in keeping with the Submission Guidelines).
How can I present my paper virtually?
Authors certificate will be posted to the virtual presenter after the conference.
